-You can pick any type of visit. If you want it to be a zoom call visit, pick either the telehealth choice for 30- or 60-minute visit. Then you will get a link for the visit. Make a note about what you would like to discuss when you book that appointment.

-Kacey does not have contracts with health insurance companies, so your visits will be
out-of-network." Visits are $125/30 minutes. Please pay for your visit at the time of your service. You can then try to submit your KCW superbill to your health insurance if you would like (on your own). It is up to your own health plan to reimburse you (and not guaranteed).

-Medicare and Medicaid are not accepted. Kacey has "opted out" of these government sponsored plans so that patients can see me and pay cash for their visits if they choose.
